Location

Holland Link

District 10, among the bungalows, minutes from King Albert Park MRT.

District 10

A Holland address
among the bungalows

Holland Link sits in the Core Central Region, in a pocket of District 10 defined by Good Class Bungalow enclaves — the most tightly controlled residential category in Singapore, and the reason the surrounding streets stay low and green.

The site is on the doorstep of the Holland Green Linear Park, which connects into the wider network of parks and park connectors running through this part of Bukit Timah, and on to the Rail Corridor.

Getting Around

Two lines at King Albert Park

King Albert Park is the nearest MRT station, minutes away. It runs on the Downtown Line today and is planned as an interchange with the Cross Island Line, which is under construction — two lines from one station once it opens.

By car, Dunearn Road and Bukit Timah Road are the immediate arterials, with the PIE and AYE beyond them. The development takes its vehicular entrance and exit from Holland Link, through an opening about 9m wide.

One Holland Village

Singapore’s long-standing lifestyle enclave — food, bars and independent shops.

KAP Mall

At King Albert Park station, with dining and everyday shops.

Bukit Timah Plaza

Enrichment, groceries and services, a short drive along Dunearn Road.

Bukit V & Dunearn Village

Smaller retail closer in, for the daily run rather than the weekend one.

What Is Coming

Holland Plain, 34 hectares

The site sits inside Holland Plain, a future private residential precinct that URA is planning across roughly 34 hectares, designed with generous park space and water-sensitive features in response to the greenery around it.

Community Plain

One of two new parks planned for the precinct, for recreation and community gathering.

Wetland Park

The second, responding to the Bukit Timah First Diversion Canal that runs alongside the precinct.

First of eight

Amberwood is the first of eight sites to be launched in Holland Plain under the Government Land Sales programme.

Holland Plain and its parks are planning intentions published by URA in the Master Plan, not committed construction. Timing and final design are the authorities’ to set and may change.
