Two Decks
The facilities are arranged across two levels rather than one podium. The lower deck holds the arrival plaza, the studios and most of the water; the upper deck holds the 50m Hilltop Lap Pool and the lawns.

The Rooms
68 sqm, 3m clear. Seats roughly 20 to 25. Sink, two-burner induction hob, refrigerator and microwave.
58 sqm, 2.8m clear. Three treadmills and further equipment. Card access; not 24-hour.
22 sqm, 3m clear. The children’s room, on the lower deck beside the Discovery Pool.

An Early Childhood Development Centre with its own outdoor play area and its own gate, run by an operator appointed by the developer or the MCST.
The Gourmet Pavilion on the lower deck and the Culinary Pavilion on the upper — two gas barbecue points between them.
Getting In and Out
A full basement carpark holds 212 residential lots plus 5 accessible lots for 212 homes — a genuine 1:1 ratio, with three further lots for the childcare centre. Lots are not designated and are taken first-come-first-served.
Three EV charging lots are active at the basement, for pre-registered residents only; visitors cannot charge. 54 bicycle lots are split between the first storey and the basement. Each residential lobby has its own basement drop-off, and there is one drop-off point at grade.
Access is by card at the basement and first-storey lift lobbies, at the four pedestrian side gates and at the facilities themselves. Visitors are handled through audio-video call panels and a pre-registered e-invitation from the resident.
