The Developer
Amberwood at Holland is developed by Sim Lian JV (Holland) Pte. Ltd. (Co. Reg. No. 202535346D), a joint venture between Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd. The developer’s licence number is C1553.
Sim Lian Group was listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange for sixteen years, from 2000 to 2016, and builds what it develops — Sim Lian Construction is the main contractor on this project, as it has been on the group’s own developments for decades.
Across condominiums, mixed developments, executive condominiums and the DBSS scheme, the group’s completed and current pipeline runs to more than 12,000 homes.
